What makes HEYBAR different from other protein bars?
We believe fuel isn’t just for workouts. It’s for all of life’s moments: school pick-ups, endless Zoom calls, road trips, and late-night creative bursts. HEYBAR is made for everyday moments - whether you’re an athlete, a grandparent, a go-getter, or anyone in between.
I have food allergies. Can I enjoy HEYBAR?
HEYBARs are formulated without the 9 major food allergens. They are manufactured in a facility that also processes one or more major food allergens. We’re also made without gluten-containing ingredients.
Are your products plant-based?
Every HEYBAR is plant-based.
Are your products gluten-free?
HEYBAR is formulated without gluten-containing ingredients, but we’re not yet certified gluten-free.
Are your products dairy free?
HEYBARs are formulated without dairy ingredients. They’re manufactured in a facility that also processes one or more major food allergens.
How much protein is in a HEYBAR?
Every HEYBAR has 14 to 15g of plant-based protein to help power your day.

Does HEYBAR actually taste good?
They’re extra-yummy. We came up with crave-worthy flavors you actually want to eat. Think cookie-dough nostalgia, bright lemon zest, rich dark chocolate…we’re drooling already.
What’s the best way to store HEYBAR?
Store them at room temperature in a cool, dry spot. Toss one in your bag, desk drawer, or car. They’re made to fuel all of life’s moments.
Can I buy individual bars to try?
We’re a small but mighty team, and due to logistics constraints we can’t ship single bars from our warehouse.

Can I edit or cancel my order?
Our fulfillment team moves fast. Reach out right away at hey@heynu.com and we’ll do our best to catch your request in time but can't guarantee changes.
What’s your return policy?
Because HEYBAR is food, we can’t accept returns once they’ve left our warehouse. If something’s not right, reach out at hey@heynu.com. We’ll make it right with a replacement.
Help! What do I do if my order is wrong or damaged?
That’s not the experience we want for you! Snap a quick photo and email it to us at hey@heynu.com. We'll get you a replacement free of charge.
My order says delivered but I can’t find it. What should I do?
Contact us at hey@heynu.com as soon as possible and we’ll work with the carrier to help resolve it.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Larger packs qualify for discounts or free shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $70 (2 packs or more) and shipping’s on us.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders land within 4–7 business days. During busy times (like holidays and launches), it may take a little longer.
